In Manila Bay, the Philippines, several XCMG XGC100-I crawler cranes are preparing to carry out offshore vibroflotation close operation. Their "KPI" is to help the owner to form a 360-hectare artificial island by hydraulic reclamation within 1520 days.

At the site, the construction party used the vibroflotation method to carry out the operation. As soon as the vibroflotation device was started, it was immediately "bouncing", powerful and difficult to control. XCMG XGC100-I, however, is still stable and motionless. It stably lifts the vibroflotation device at the working condition of 40 meters and 4 times of the main boom, aims at the pile position, and slowly sinks to the seabed. After the hole is poked at the seabed, it is followed by pipe pulling, vibration, feeding, and forming. A series of actions are completed in one go, and then it is slowly carried to the next construction point.
