XCMG pay more attention to develop its own key part production

XCMG have kinds of construction machinery such as crane, loader, grader, etc. And some of the models are world advanced level, but for a long time, there is one problem of XCMG, that is the key components. For example, one truck crane, the engine is Cummins, gear box is ZF, nearly all the key components are from foreign manufacturers. In order to solve this problem, to have more key components made in China, XCMG already set a company in 1975, to do research on hydraulic system such as cylinder.



After years of study, research, now XCMG hydraulic company can provide the hydraulic cylinders for XCMG cranes from 8 to 1000 ton model. Also they export the big cylinder for big mining excavators and it continually working for 3000 hours without any question. That is a 400 ton excavator working in Australia.
In 2016, XCMG are trying and invest more to develop more key components research.
